What's in my purse will allways be the most challenging post. We both had to narrow it to our every day essentials; which makes it so hard, since we are both complete makeup junkies. At one point, I remember having 5 different mascaras in my purse; and for what reason? I can never have enough mascara! We are The Glam Pack, blogger duo and MUA. Maria Jose lives in Barranquilla and I, Virginia, live in Miami. Hope you enjoy this collab post that we are so exited to be part of. We can never leave the house without our Porefessional, so that is a staple in both of our bags. For me it's my Hula bronzer and Mascara, a light reflecting concealer, which I can double as highlighter as well, and the lipstick I am obsessing about during that week. As for Mari, you will always find her reading. She always have a book in the purse, her Mini iPad, and of course her big makeup bag. The one thing that will forever unite us… Makeup. :)
Hello everybody! I used to be the type of girl to carry a huge bag and throw everything I own in it. Now, after getting used to tiny satchels I don't think I could ever go back to that! I find it so much easier (and lighter) to just carry around my essentials! What’s in my bag posts have to be one of my favourites to read it’s nice to know I am not the only one with about 10 lip products, multiple hair pins and too many sweetie wrappers floating around in my bag. My handbag hasn’t changed since when I was about 18 it is still the small Longchamp shopper in black. It is so well loved I really need to sort my life out and buy a replacement but I always say this and it never happens so I will probably forever have a holey handbag. My purse is from Topshop it’s just a little leopard print number which is nice and small and fits all the 1 and 2p’s I seem to carry around yet never spend. The key ring I am currently using is a mini Celine bag I bought from eBay a while ago it’s so cute and the closest I will probably get to a real Celine bag, I plan to replace it with a yellow one which I found about 2 minutes after ordering this one, typical!
My phone (IPhone 5), Kindle and Allure magazine are my entertainment for bus journeys and trains. Now I have no justification for the 3 lip products, the lip balm (Lanolips lemonaid lip aid) I have all the time it is seriously amazing stuff and it smells bloody amazing! I have a bright lip colour (Rimmel Apocalips in Stellar) just in case I am going out and need to look a bit more done. These last all night and are so pigmented a little goes a long way. My mac crème cup I just realised was in my bag when I emptied it to take the picture. Its good just to throw on, smells awesome and it is my go to day time shade when I know where it is.
Concealer and powder to do some touch ups while on the go. My Chanel Les Beiges powder was a Christmas present and I absolutely adore it, it doesn’t look cakey and it doesn’t make me too matte, it takes away the shine but still leaves you with a glow….it’s actually magic. My concealer is the Maybelline Fit Me, It’s so creamy and such good coverage, I’m on my third tube already.
My earphones are never normally in their little case this was only because I’m just back from skiing in France and I put them in this to protect them while travelling. They are normally just a little knot at the bottom of my bag. Do you know how long it takes to get them into that little case?! And finally I have a Topshop gift card with nothing left on it and a few mini crème eggs just because...

So first off my bag is a little cross body one from river island, which I find perfect slinging over my shoulder on days out and about. Then inside the first thing I have inside is my pastel pink and white pin stripe makeup bag which I think is from Avon a few years ago. But inside this I have:

Collection felt tip eyeliner

2 real techniques face brushes , and a Cath Kidston mirror.
That's mostly my dailyish makeup so if I'm going somewhere or to someone's quite late that's always handy. Then I have my phone (in a white vans case) and earphones for the lolz. Then haha this Polaroid is of me and my best friend at a party and it was inside my purse which is from Primark. Then finally a couple of random day to day essentials are chucked in here as well - ck shock perfume, Revlon lip butter in pink lemonade and a bath and body works hand sanitiser.

A girl’s bag! I’m always wondering how guys do without bags. Gee we always carry so much stuff around! Mine is a Joanel for Elle Canada that I found at the flea market.

I’ve always been a big fan of big bags, but recently I decided to downsize what I carry around with me, hoping that if I cleared out my bag I could clear out my mind also. I like the inside of my handbag to be as cute as the outside, but I like organisation too, so I try to keep everything tidy. Inside my bag you’ll find: Kurt Geiger purse, Kurt Geiger oyster card holder, Whistles make-up bag and my Swoop pouch to carry my keys in. Of course I couldn’t live without my iPhone either, or my Frends headphones - music helps keep me sane on my commutes. Everything I need for my day-to-day life.

Like most girls, I have a lot of bags but I tend to use this leather backpack I got from bank the most, its well loved. I am one of those people who shoves everything in to my bag, my bag was full of receipts, food wrappers and other quite random things like a fingerpuppet and a shoelace, and i'm sure people don't want to see a photo of that, so i chose to share the main things that i put in whatever bag I'm using that day! Starting at the top, we have a book of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland which is a very sentimental gift from my best friend and its very precious to me. Then we have my passport that i use for ID, a pair of mittens because theres nothing worse than cold hands, and a pack of chewing gum is a must! I use nivea for all of my skincare and i moisturise throughout the day (quite excessively), so in my bag i have a miniture blue tub and lip butter in caramel creme. Then theres my beautiful mulberry purse that i got for my 18th birthday and some nail glue incase any of my nails come off. Then i always carry atleast three pairs of sunglasses from my collection, even when its winter! Then some deodarant, sure does a compressed aerosol so it fits perfectly in any bag! Then makeup, i buy replicas of my face powder, concealer, lip tint and mascara to keep in my bag, and a small travel size powder brush from Bourjois. I also carry round my Tangle Teezer as my hair gets really knotty in the wind, and a few bobby pins, and thats what i have in my bag!

My name is Rachel, and I am the author of metaldiamondsfur.com. Between writing for my blog, filming YouTube videos, working, and catching up with friends, I am constantly on the go. It’s important for me to carry my essentials everywhere, so a tiny bag is out of the question. I always carry my planner, and a cute notebook to write down ideas for blog posts or videos. Hello lovelies, I’m Daniella. First of all, thank you Natalie for letting me feature on your blog!
So let’s get started! My bag is from Primark and it was only £10-ish, it’s amazing quality and it’s huge (but not too big), so it fits all of my things in it. I carry quite a lot in my bag so sometimes it’s quite heavy but I tell myself I’m carrying the essentials, I think they’re essentials, right?...
I’m a full-time University student so I have to carry books with me, I carry my notebook, my shorthand book, my McNae’s Law For Journalists book (aka the Holy Journalism Bible) and two pens, just in case one runs out! Now on to the “essentials”; I always carry make-up around with me, if I don’t I feel like something is missing. Even though I might not use it I feel like it’s more of a comfort thing. I’m sure some of you will agree! I just bring the basics (foundation, powder, eyeliner) then the lipstick that I’m wearing that day and lip balm, just in case my lips start to dry out. I carry my make-up in this cute Aztec bag, also from Primark which was only like £3. I also have hairspray (it’s very windy in the North East), deodorant and of course, my purse.
I hope you enjoyed what I have in my bag, it has helped me clean out my bag and chuck away all of the receipts!
